June is a birthday month for The Card Society as its start date was June of 2006. I always celebrate a birthday with sweets, prizes and special cards. These last three years the designs have been lovingly done by Christopher David Ryan. I tell him it’s a party and he comes up with something enchanting; I’ll do it again in 2010. As for what inspired that portrait of me with a HUGE cupcake ... well, I always have had quite a sweet tooth. Oh boy do I wish that drawing was for real!
