February had to be one of the fastest months of my life. I spent most of my free-time packing and sifting and sorting and cleaning and packing again. Moving! It's one of the best and worst things one can do. Quinoa muffins, Sunday suppers and simple goodness got me through. Let's just say I'm glad to see February come and go most years and this year was no exception. Maybe next year I'll try to make February a favorite month ... or maybe I'll just nap my way through it as usual. —MAV
