Working on doughnuts
The new issue of 3191 Quarterly
Apples with honey and bacon bits
Photographing my friend in tights at the beach on a gorgeous morning
Preparing a new book: Cloth Inventory (should be online soon)
Sitting with my favorite little friend at the oceans edge
Having four little ones over to my studio for some art-making

October moved at a pace I was not prepared for... a quick one! The days were bright and warm and the evenings were slow and wonderful. I have a feeling I'll be missing this October for a long time to come. Thank you, October, for ushering in the perfect autumn feeling ... for bringing my friends together so many times ... and for giving me a chance to put my summer clothes away and bring out my layers.
